The most awaited result of 11th AIEEE exam 2012 was declared on 9th June, 2012. It
was a big day for all aspirants who were eagerly waiting for their
results. The topper of AIEEE exam has
scored 346 out of 360. Sandeep Pathry secured the
first AIR in AIEEE exam. He was a student of Government Boys
Senior Secondary School, Mujharjee Nagar, Delhi. This was his
second attempt of this renowned exam. He passed this Class
XII last year in 2011 and scored
Among girls Mansi Sood topped the chart of AIEEE exam scoring 330 out of 360. Her All India Rank is 6th and she is student of Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj. Mansi Sood said, "Despite being sick due to dengue in class 11 which took away my preparation time, I made it a point to cover the portion gradually."
Anant Gupta, a boy from Punjab,
bagged the second position by scoring 340 out of 360 marks. He has
done this Class XII from Bhavan
Vidyalaya, Sector 27, Chandigarh. He has also bagged 7th Rank in
IIT-JEE. He said, "It was difficult to
manage my study schedule. I used to get quite tired travelling and
there were times I felt that I should leave my coaching but now I
am glad that I did not step back."
Akshay Aggarwal, a boy from Noida has secured the third rank in AIEEE exam this year. He has scored 345 out of 360. It is just a mark less than All India topper Sandeep Pathri. He has passed his Class XII from Vishwabharti Public School. He said, "I got goose-bumps after reading my name in the list of top three students. I refreshed the website page twice to ensure that it was my name appearing on the place of third rank holder. It was a pleasant surprise." He has also topped his school by scoring 95.4% marks he wants to join IIT-Delhi, as he got 133rd rank in IIT-JEE.
Pratik Fegade, who was among the toppers of IIT-JEE, has also made his mark in the list of All Indian Engineering Entrance Exam (AIEEE). He topped the list of OBC category and got fifth position in Maharashtra state. He has also got admission in IIT-Bombay in Computer Science Engineering. He said, "Though I am more interested in entering IIT, the AIEEE success is equally important to me as I genuinely prepared for all the entrance tests. This has been possible because I got all the required coaching in IITian's PACE programme."
Sagar Honnugar, a student of National Public School, Rajajjinagar, Bangalore, has scored 330 out of 360 and bagged first state rank and 21st All India Rank in AIEEE exam. He said, "I love playing keyboard. I took training for almost six years and play it as a stress buster. Music soothes my mind and refreshes me all over again. Apart from music, I also love solving Sudoku puzzles."
