Cannot register for AIEEE 2009 state specific counseling. (Question)

Hi All, I brother gave his AIEEE 2009 examination and secured a AIR rank of 32000, He’ s from MEghalaya. The mistake he did was fill the wrong state code of egilibilty of Assam. Though he corrected that after registering for online counseling. Now when the state specific counseling has come up. He is unable to register. I do not know the real reason why he is not allowed (even though Meghalaya is one of the states that is allowed), I have a hunch that it is because of the State code of egilibility. Now the question I want to ask is what is the step he should take next?, whom should he contact to rectify the problem? etc.. . I tried calling the number provided on the AIEEE site but there’s no response from there. Looking forward for helpfu suggestions.
